【Position Overview】
We are a fintech company developing and operating web-based services, and we are looking for an Accounting Staff to handle a wide range of accounting and finance responsibilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, while also being involved in monthly closing processes and overall cash management.
We are looking for someone who can work independently with a certain level of autonomy and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Starting from SGD 4,500 (depending on experience)
【Working Hours】
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Weekends and Singapore public holidays are off

【Job Responsibilities】
- Perform daily accounting operations through to monthly closing
- Handle bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
- Manage cash inflows/outflows, payments, and cash flow
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and improve operational quality

We use Slack for internal communication.
As this role primarily involves PC-based work, timely responses during working hours are expected.
【Detailed Responsibilities】
- Daily accounting operations (journal entries, AR/AP, cash management)
- Bookkeeping using accounting systems (Xero)
- Monthly closing (trial balance, reconciliations, account analysis, reporting)
- Review of bookkeeping entries and validation of financial data
- Expense claims and payment processing (DBS / Wise online banking)
- Cash flow management, fund planning, and foreign exchange execution
- Improvement and standardization of operational workflows
- Other accounting-related tasks
【Requirements】
- Business-level English
- At least 2 years of accounting experience
- Understanding of monthly closing processes (equivalent to bookkeeping level 3 knowledge)
- Willingness to perform hands-on accounting tasks (data entry, bookkeeping)
- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience using accounting software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and adaptable mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify issues and propose improvements
【Preferred Qualifications】
- Prior work experience in a Japanese company is preferred
- Experience using accounting software in Singapore (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.)
- High IT literacy
- Experience reviewing accounting entries and financial reports
- Experience in process improvement and efficiency enhancement
- Experience in audit support

【仕事内容】
・日常経理業務から月次決算までの一連の業務
・記帳業務を含む経理業務全般
・入出金管理、および支払業務、資金繰り対応
・数値の妥当性検証および業務精度の向上

業務連絡にはチャットツール(Slack)を使用しております。
業務の特性上、ＰＣでの作業が中心となるため、勤務時間中は返信などの対応が随時求められる業務となります。
【具体的なお仕事内容】
・日常経理業務（仕訳計上、債権債務管理、入出金管理）
・会計システム（Xero）を用いた記帳業務
・月次決算業務（試算表作成、残高照合、勘定科目の精査、月次レポート作成）
・記帳内容の確認および数値の妥当性検証 ・経費精算および支払業務 (DBS/wiseのオンラインバンキング利用) ・キャッシュフロー管理/資金繰り対応、外貨両替案の作成と実行
・業務フローの整備・改善（効率化・標準化）
・その他、経理財務業務全般
【必須条件】
・英語Businessレベル
・経理実務経験 (目安: 2年)
・仕訳入力だけでなく、月次決算までの流れを理解している方 (簿記3級程度の会計知識)
・手を動かす実務（記帳・入力業務）に抵抗がない方
・Excel／Googleスプレッドシートを用いた業務経験
・会計ソフトの使用経験
・細部まで注意を払える、正確かつ丁寧に業務を遂行できる方
・柔軟に業務対応できる方
・当事者意識を持ち主体的に必要業務を推進できる方
・対人コミュニケーション能力の高い方
・業務課題に対して自ら考え、提案ができる方
