Operate and monitor recycling process and equipment
Support process improvements and testing of new methods

Assist with proper documentation
Assist business development team in sourcing for new technologies and processes
Requirements
Qualifications in Engineering, Science, or related field (fresh grads welcome)
Basic understanding of machinery or technical processes
Interest in sustainability or recycling
Previous experience dealing with machinery and factory operations
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
