The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day technical and maintenance aspects of a park, ensuring the safety and optimal functioning of rides and facilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for any planning and managing of projects pertaining to technical and facilities aspects.

Job Description

• Direct and inspire a multidisciplinary technical team to ensure optimal performance of park equipment and systems
• Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and enhance asset longevity
• Oversee inspections, repairs and inventory management to maintain operational readiness
• Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards and environmental sustainability practices
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities to manage projects, inspections and approvals with precision
• Monitor emerging industry advancements, integrating innovative technologies to elevate operational efficiency

Qualifications and Other Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical services, construction, or maintenance with significant experience in the implementation, testing, and maintenance of the industrial systems
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, project management and the implementation of robust safety protocols
• Good communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present to senior stakeholders and effectively address inquiries from contractors and clients
• Comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety and health practices
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays on rotational basis
• Knowledge with the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pump and filtration systems

Job Description

• Register guests and assign rooms, accommodate special requests whenever possible. Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary
• Stay up to date on room rates, packages, discounts and how to handle each, as well as how each relates to other departments
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the room rates, room locations, types of rooms, and reception operations
• Must have thorough knowledge of the Resort’s facilities, operations hours of Food & Beverage outlets, etc
• Promptly notify housekeeping of all check-outs, also inform housekeeping of late check-outs, early check-in, special requests and day use rooms
• Develop a working knowledge of the reservation operations, process current and future reservations. Know cancellation procedures and forfeitures
• Handle guest check-out efficiently and in a friendly professional manner
• Know cash handling procedures, file and post all charges to guest, master and city ledger accounts
• Answering phone enquiries
• Attending to guest feedback

Requirements

• Minimum N level education
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Computer literature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office
• A good team player
• Able to work 3 rotating shift duties including weekends and Public Holidays & able to stand for long hours

Roles and Responsibilities

You will craft clear, consistent and effective messaging across multi-platform content and media-facing FAQs that are bespoke to our key stakeholders, including migrant workers, employers, dorm operators and government agencies.

You will own the full performance lifecycle: Continuously monitor changes in cross-platform success metrics, assess which channels deliver the highest return, and quickly recommend data-driven adjustments to strategically define and maximise overall outreach impact.

This role demands a blend of technical capability and excellent coordination:

• Technical Execution & Content Design: Proven skills such as HTML coding and proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software) are essential. You must be able to create webpages from scratch (utilizing CMS/ web tools) and prepare professional presentation decks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: The ability to work effectively with inter-departments and cross-agencies to recreate and optimise channel effectiveness and outreach materials.
• Communication & Follow-Through: Excellent communication skills and strong follow-up to ensure clear, consistent messaging flow across all initiatives.
• Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge in the migrant workers ecosystem will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Other Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in communications and marketing role
• Proven ability to craft clear, consistent messaging across multiple platforms (web, print, FAQs) for diverse stakeholder groups
• Working knowledge of HTML, CMS/web tools, and ability to build or update webpages independently
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) and creation of professional presentation decks
• Familiarity with migrant workers and their community in the, but not limited to, Construction, Marine Shipyard and Process industry.
• This role will be based in NTUC Club’s office at Downtown East.
• Regular travel to the Recreation Centres located in the West is expected
