· Need prepare meals and follow establishment recipes.
· Responsible to prepare ingredients and adhering to the restaurant menu.
· Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff
· To prepare authentic Chettinad cuisine, all varieties of Biryani
· Experience in South Indian varieties of food – Prata, Idly, Dosa, Varieties rice, appam, pakora, vadai, all varieties of Chutney
· Responsible to deliver food in a fast-paced as per customer requirement.
· Willing to work in any shifts and rotational weekly offs.
· Need to follow food health and safety procedures.
