- Adapt to flexible work hours, including willingness to work beyond regular hours as required
- Participate in practical tests to demonstrate skills and suitability for the role during the hiring process
- Complete a probation period of three months with performance evaluation for permanent employment consideration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
