Job Scope:

·  Check & clean up Excel data files, and create mail merge UAT samples

·  Prepare the variable data print files for voucher serial numbering, personalized address on envelopes or letterheads

·        Color calibration, and prepare layout or mock up for digital printing

·        Operate Fuji Xerox or Konica Minolta printer to proceed B/W or Color printing.

·        Operate Pitney Bowes or Neopost inserter for envelope letter shopping

Required Skills:

·        Printshop Mail, Adobe CC (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat PDF)

·        Enfocus PitStop, Quite Imposing or PDF Snake

·        Microsoft Office (Excel, Word &PowerPoint)

·        Experience in data mail merge, digital printing or letter shopping mail services

·        Careful work, have a sense of responsibility, well focus on details.

Job Summary

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events by managing logistics, vendor relations, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless event delivery and high-quality service throughout all event phases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event pre-planning, setup, and teardown to ensure smooth event operations
• Prepare and manage all event documentation, coordinating with Sales, property departments, and customers to maintain consistent, high-level service before, during, and after events
• Conceptualize and prepare event proposals to support event planning efforts
• Liaise with vendors, merchants, and venue partners to coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth event execution
• Source event items and suppliers, negotiating with vendors to secure cost-effective pricing
• Apply for necessary licenses and permits with relevant authorities and venues to comply with regulations
• Facilitate administrative duties to support the event team’s operational needs
• Prepare and file quotations, invoices, and related financial documents accurately
• Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly and collaborate as a team player to contribute to successful event outcomes
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all event-related activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in corporate event management, exhibitions, or related fields (3–5 years)
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience supporting the planning, scheduling, and execution of conferences, meetings, and company-wide events
• Experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and vendors
• Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a confident and conscientious attitude
