- Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all M&E implementations at site

- Understand and familiar with the contract requirement and specifications.

- Superior of M&E foreman and Supervisors and coordinate with multiple parties.

- Responsible for scheduling, planning, project supervision and documentation

- Ensure work progress meets timeline and updating of progress report

- Liase with sub-contractors and consultants on engineering details ahead of site progress

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry developments
• Support internal and external audits
• Perform any other duties related to EHS and operational support as assigned
  

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements
• Support tender and procurement processes, including preparation of legal documentation
• Maintain and organize project and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist in handling claims, variations, and extension-of-time (EOT) documentation
• Support dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and litigation preparation
• Liaise with regulatory authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
• Monitor compliance with local construction laws and safety regulations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external legal counsel
  

1. Drafting & designing of routing for Electrical building services drawings in AutoCAD
2. Prepares, modifies schematic, system design & diagrams.
3. Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings according to requirements
4. Support the team in required design & drawings
5. Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission
