Job Description

· To assist FM Department in managing customer accounts and in charge of the day-to-day operations of the FM team.

· To oversee and run the day-to-day facilities management operations and involved in team management, budget planning, outsourcing, tendering, and awarding of contracts.

· To provide the technical and management direction for all facility management services and tapping into our resources to reduce operations costs and increase productivity and customer satisfaction.

· To lead the facilities team coaching and mentoring, implementation and continual improvement of the team's emergency response and business continuity programs.

· To ensure compliance with company guidelines and local authorities’ requirements.

· To assist in OPEX and CAPEX planning of yearly and monthly budget.

· To train the employees and administering of Operations policy, procedures, and standards to ensure that our employees and vendors have the required technical expertise and interpersonal skills and morale to meet and exceed the expectation of the client.

· Knowledge of Data Center industry, Managing Agent and Project Management.

· Must be able to travel at short notice.

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or related disciplines.

· Over 10 years of experience in Data Center operations, Managing Agent, or related fields,

· Strong communication, leadership, and supervisory skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, with strong sense of responsibility.

· Good problem-solving skills and sales focused.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Ability to confidently deliver presentations.

Job Summary:

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the integrity and security of critical environments, and supporting the delivery of our IT infrastructure solutions. This role involves coordination between technical teams, vendors, and clients to maintain optimal performance, safety, and compliance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily site operations for critical environments, including data centers and cloud infrastructure facilities.

· Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and inspections of critical systems such as power, cooling, security, and environmental controls.

· Ensure adherence to safety, security, and compliance standards in line with industry best practices.

· Manage access control, security protocols, and surveillance systems to safeguard sensitive assets.

· Serve as the point of contact for on-site vendors, contractors, and technical teams.

· Collaborate with project teams on site-specific deployments, upgrades, and new implementations.

· Promote a culture of safety, and security excellence.

Qualifications:

· Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

· At least 1-2 years of experience managing data center or cloud infrastructure environments.

· Proven experience in overseeing critical facility operations, maintenance, and security protocols.

· Relevant Data Center certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA, or equivalent) are a plus.

· Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and compliance standards applicable to critical facilities.

· Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Job Objectives

2. Document for the Engineer and for the client.

Duties/ Functions/ Responsibilities

• Undertake 24x7 operational health/ maintenance/ troubleshooting/ installation/ repairs according to Data Centre ‘best practice’
• Supervision and escort of term contractors to ensure that installation/ maintenance repairs adhere to their due diligence
• Ensure that customer’s premises is tidy up and all equipment's are operational before leaving the client’s premises
• Follows and adhere to customer’s facilities’ rules and regulations
• Observe operational health, safety and environment (HSE) requirements
• Propose and recommend customer’s Data Centre improvement/ replacement of aged equipment's
• Maintain good relations with customers by providing technical/ facilities support
• Involve in promoting team cohesiveness
• Preparing & updating of Maintenance schedule to the customer and vendors
• Promote and maintain company professional image in Data Centre maintenance & management.
• Ensure the term vendor is on time for Maintenance.
• To assist in vetting Vendor PTW, MOS & RA and submit to safety department and client for approval.
• Prepare Monthly duty rooster for in house shift technician.
