Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver meaningful and engaging activities for children

- Deliver lesson plans to help children learn and develop their potential

- Carry out routine care for children

- Set up an inviting and enriching classroom environment

- Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, including parents and communities to help children learn better

- Provide periodic updates to parents on the children's learning and development

- Plan and organize activities and events such as field trips and concerts.

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Pre-school Teaching (DPT) Passionate to work with young children aged 2 months to 6 years old.

- Able to work rotating shifts (7 am to 7 pm)

- Pleasant disposition with good communication skills

New Life Student Care is catered to Primary school-going children, aged 7 – 12. Our mission is to mentor children to become disciplined and confident individuals by providing holistic engagement at our centres.

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals who enjoy working with children and partnering with parents, volunteers, and other stake holders to support their development.

Responsibilities

·           Classroom Management: Supervise and guide students with their homework, ensure safety and well-being.

·           Activity Planning: Plan, implementation, and evaluate programmes and activities.

·           Stakeholder Partnerships: Communicate effectively with colleagues, caregivers, and volunteers; build positive relationships with children, parents, and stakeholders.

·           Administrative Duties: Attend to enquiries, maintain proper records, prepare reports.

·           Minimum Polytechnic Diploma with two years of relevant experience

·           Possess primary school content knowledge for homework guidance

We arelooking for a passionate and committed Senior Youth Worker / Youth Workerto join our team.  The successfulcandidate will play a key role in engaging, supporting, and empowering youthsto reach their full potential through meaningful programmes and positiverelationships.

Job Responsibilities

·           Plan, organise, and implement programmes and activities thatpromote the holistic development and well-being of youths.

·           Provide supervision, guidance, and support to a team of youthworkers (for Senior Youth Worker role).

·           Build and maintain positive relationships with youth, serving as amentor and positive role model.

·           Provide individual support and guidance to youths, helping themovercome challenges and work towards their personal goals.

·           Facilitate group discussions and workshops, and activities on topicssuch as, health, education, life skills, and social development.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree inSocial Work, Psychology, Counselling or Youth Work.

·       5 to 8years of relevant experience working with youths (Senior role).

·       Proficient in English and Mother Tongue

·       Previous experience working with young people ina similar role.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Ability to engage and motivate youths fromdiverse backgrounds.

·       Good understanding of the issues and challengesfaced by young people today.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.

·       Flexibility to work evenings and weekends asrequired.

·      Support the Infant Educarer in implementing developmentally appropriate programmes and routines for infants aged 2–18months

·      Assist in the preparation and use of age‑appropriate learning and caregiving materials

·      Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment in accordance with centre safety and hygiene standards

·      Observe infants’ cues and behaviours and share observations to support caregiving and documentation

·      Provide warm, responsive, and respectful interactions to support infants’ well‑being

·      Build positive relationships with infants, parents, and colleagues through professional conduct

·      Follow centre policies, procedures, and ECDA guidelines, and carry out assigned duties to support daily operations

·       

Requirements:

·       Minimum N Level qualification (Programme Helper), WSQ Advanced Certificate in Infant Care, or other ECDA recognised infant care qualification

·      Relevant experience in an infant care or early childhood setting is preferred but not mandatory

·      Passionate, patient, and nurturing towards infants

·      Good interpersonal and communication skills

·      Able to work well collaboratively as part of a team

·      Willing to learn and follow guidance from the Infant Educarer and team
