Solution Design: Develop customized, cutting-edge Pro AV system designs and configurations tailored to meet individual client needs, considering factors such as room acoustics, equipment compatibility, and budget constraints.
Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product & solution demonstrations and POC (proof of concept) to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Pro AV solutions, both at the company's facilities and client sites.
Proposals and Documentation: Prepare detailed technical proposals, complete with system diagrams and specifications, to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, in-house product team, suppliers and engineering teams to address technical inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless project implementation.
Stay Updated: Continuously stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge and contribute to the enhancement of our offerings. Product testing and evaluation.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering / Multimedia Technology / Audio Engineering, or any other relevant field of studies
Minimum 1 year of experience as Project Engineer / AV Programmer / Presales Engineer / Audio Engineer in Pro AV field.
Engineer with knowledge and experience in Pro Audio is preferred.

Attend to site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Produce technical documentation for implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), reports, and technical manuals

Lead and manage Pro AV projects from conception to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, define scopes, and oversee the execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, architects, and contractors. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the project.
Serve as the technical lead for projects. Responsible for preparing detailed technical designs, solution proposals, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and environmental factors. Manage and supervise on-site installations, system commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure all systems are integrated correctly and function as intended.
Generate and maintain all project-related documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, and technical manuals. Provide regular project status updates to management and clients.
Provide end-user training on new Pro AV systems and offer ongoing technical support as needed.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Engineer or Project Manager role within the Pro AV, or a related systems integration industry.
Strong knowledge of professional audio and video systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, sound reinforcement, and control systems. Familiarity with brands like Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, Biamp, etc. is highly advantageous.
Understanding of basic IT networks, protocols (TCP/IP), and network security. Experience with AV-over-IP technologies is a significant plus.
Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting Pro AV software, video streaming platforms, and related hardware.
Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams. Have strong organisational skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
Written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical and logistical challenges effectively.
Proactive, self-motivated individual who is a team player but also capable of working independently and taking ownership of projects.
