Handle customs cargo declarations using Tradeweb Live
Process Certificates of Origin (eForm D, Form A, Back-to-Back COO) via Networked Trade Platform
Use PSA Portnet for port-related submissions
Prepare and check trade documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB)
Coordinate with Singapore Customs and other agencies
Resolve declaration issues and discrepancies
Support import, export, and transshipment operations
Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit import/export/transshipment declarations via TradeNet
Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and permit requirements
Classify goods accurately using HS codes and apply correct permit types
Verify and process shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, permits)
Liaise with clients, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities to obtain required information
Monitor declaration status and resolve any permit or system-related issues promptly
Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with audit requirements
Requirements:
Preferably candidates who have passed the Singapore Customs Declarant Test
Candidates without certification but with relevant experience in TradeNet declaration are welcome to apply
Working knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations and procedures
Familiarity with HS code classification and local import/export compliance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage in Singapore
Hands-on experience with TradeNet and/or related systems (e.g., permit declaration software)
Understanding of GST, duties, and controlled/strategic goods requirements
Experience handling permits for specific schemes (e.g., temporary import/export, re-export)- Not compulsory
