Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or any related degree or discipline
• More than 10 years experience delivering data integration and MES solutions across large scale projects
• At least 6 years of data integration and MES solution experience in Pharmaceutical CAPEX projects
• Certified in Aspen and OSI PI Date historian
• Proven experience end-to-end equipment data integration (PLC, delta process equipment, benchtop instruments) for pharmaceutical CAPEX projects
• Proven experience installing and configuration of PI server, AF server, PI Vision, Reports and PI SQL DAS (RTQP) in a pharmaceutical project and facility

As a GIS Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the installation, testing & commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) installations ranging from 72.5kV to 500kV by ensuring compliance with quality, safety and contractual standards. Requirements

• Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance, including construction, commissioning, plant start-up / shutdown & especially turnaround management.
• Experience in Maintenance, Project or TA Management (including field execution) Contracts Management/Negotiation, familiar with contracts / supply terms, agreements & administration
• Recognised degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
•  More than 10 years of relevant experience in oil, refinery, petrochemicals or chemical processing of which 5 years in leadership or managerial roles. Project and contracts management experience are added advantage.

Turnaround Quality Engineer is responsible for developing efficient and effective quality planning for Turnaround work requests, which include multi-disciplinary equipment - mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, analyzers and civil. The Turnaround Quality Engineer is responsible to ensure work packages comply with QA/QC requirements which includes integrating the needs and contribution of Reliability, Asset Integrity, Operations and HSSEQ teams.

Accountabilities:

• Quality Planning and Control: Develop and implement the Turnaround Quality Plan in alignment with company standards, procedures and work instructions. Establish quality procedures in relevance to Turnaround manual and checklists for all turnaround activities in accordance with Asset Management team.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all turnaround complies with applicable codes, standards and procedures. Lead and participate in Quality audits and pre-job briefings with the contractors to reinforce quality expectations.
• Risk Register and Lesson Learn: Support Turnaround Manager in risk management and manage the Turnaround risk register and lesson learnt register.
• Knowledge Retention and Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in quality system and turnaround execution.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years in process plant turnaround and maintenance activities, specifically in Turnaround inspection and quality management.
• Knowledge in inspections and quality management, particularly in quick-paced, high intensity ans time constrained turnaround environments.
• Strong knowledge in process plant inspection techniques & requirements - ASNT specifications, API/ASME requirements, WPS/PQR and welder's qualification, ASME PCC-1.
• Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance, including contractors supervision & management.

Job Summary

Responsible to the Project Manager and the Structural Engineering Department, overseeing the major engineering design work of the Client’s Middle East Engineering Team, including but not limited to engineering planning, interface management, calculations and analysis, preparation of drawings, and technical reports.

Principal Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Lead the geotechnical engineering design for offshore platforms, pipelines, tank foundations, and heavy industrial structures including pile foundations, shallow foundations and ground improvement systems.
2. Perform structural and geotechnical engineering analysis using specialised software such as SACS, PLAXIS, STAAD-Pro, SAP2000, and/or AutoCad for offshore and onshore facilities
3. Participate in technical clarification meetings and prepare discipline-related proposals.
4. Manage multidisciplinary engineering interfaces between FEED, EPC contractors, geotechnical consultants, and offshore installation teams to ensure constructability and design integrity.
5. Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings and design documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and international engineering standards.
6. Coordinate engineering activities across structural, pipeline, mechanical and construction disciplines to ensure engineering deliverables meet project technical requirements.

Education/Experience Requirements/Certification

1. Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and structural, within offshore oil and gas or heavy industrial infrastructure projects
2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering
3. Proven experience delivering FEED, EPC and commissioning engineering scopes
4. Strong experience in geotechnical engineering design of pile foundations, tank foundations, offshore structures, and pipeline facilities
5. Candidates with experience in offshore structural and geotechnical engineering design using specialised engineering software (Grlweap, SACS, STAAD-Pro or AutoCAD).
6. Familiar with the international standards for offshore structural engineering (API RP-2A, ISO 19901 etc.)
7. Demonstrated experience in offshore platform structures with proven exposure to working with international oil & gas operators, engineering consultants, and EPC contractors on offshore projects.
