Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
- Carry out timely delivery and collection of goods according to assigned schedules and routes.
- Ensure all items are properly loaded, secured, and delivered in good condition.
- Maintain appropriate temperature control for chilled or frozen products during transit.
- Obtain customer signatures for delivery orders and submit completed documents upon return.
- Assist in collection of payments from customers when required and ensure accurate handling of cash.
- Report delivery delays, accidents, or issues immediately to the supervisor.
Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure company vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g. engine oil, water level, general condition).
- Record mileage and report servicing or inspection needs to the relevant department.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and company driving policies.
- Park only at designated loading/unloading bays or approved parking areas.
Warehouse & Operational Support
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods for delivery.
- Support sorting, arrangement, and verification of products before delivery.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organisation of cold room and storage areas.
- Assist Operations team in daily delivery preparation and related tasks.
General Duties
- Ensure accuracy in handling and delivering products to customers.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the company as required.
Working Hours
- 44 hours per week, based on a 6-day work week.
- Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays based on operational needs.

Requirements
- Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading duties.
- Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License
- Responsible, punctual, and safety conscious.
- Prior experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage.
