We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Account Executive (Accounting) to support our finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles who are looking to grow their career in a structured and professional environment.
Singapore-based candidates or those familiar with local accounting standards are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle full or partial sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and schedules
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely follow-up on discrepancies
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
• Support GST submissions and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and liaise with auditors or external parties
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Support ad hoc accounting and finance-related tasks as required
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
• Experience in a small-to-mid-sized company or accounting firm
• Familiarity with GST reporting in Singapore
• Candidates who are Singapore-based or have the right to work in Singapore
• Able to commence work in May 2026
