Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily sales activities, including cold calling, scheduling client appointments, preparing presentation materials and proposals, and presenting to potential customers.

• Develop and execute strategies by analyzing current market trends and needs.

• Generate new leads and secure new sales opportunities to boost sales revenue and achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with partners and cross-departmental teams to provide pricing details and technical support to customers.

• Ensure accuracy in sales reports for record-keeping and management reporting.

• Perform pre-ITQ and RFQ groundwork duties, including tender/bidding and negotiation to close deals.

• Maintain strong support and relationships with existing and new customers, fostering long-term partnerships.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends by attending product training sessions and keeping up with the latest developments.

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business-to-Business sales or in Business development role (IT field will be an advantage).

• Proven good sales track record in related fields.

• Excellent communicator with good presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for systems software, networks, servers, and end-user devices via IT Helpdesk, remote assistance, and onsite support.
• Station at client sites or travel to multiple locations daily as required.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for office and store locations, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and wireless systems.
• Administer and manage server infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), including AWS, DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, and domain controllers.
• Deploy and manage customer server hardware, virtual machines, storage appliances, routers, firewalls, switches, and other network equipment.
• Plan, lead, and execute system and network infrastructure deployment projects.
• Assist in developing infrastructure designs based on technical requirements and standard IT service offerings.
• Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime meets service level agreements (SLAs).
• Implement proactive improvements by analyzing past incidents and identifying weaknesses in the infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain network and system security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure access policies.
• Apply formal change management, incident management, and problem management processes.
• Maintain documentation, checklists, and regular reports for operational tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience working in a Windows environment.
• Microsoft-related certifications or other relevant technical qualifications will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Independent, self-motivated, and capable of handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
