Job Responsibilities:

• Involving in tender process
• Lead the project engineer team
• Planning and scheduling of projects
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for Electrical distribution System/lighting/power/PA System and to ensure clients' requirements are met
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
• Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
• To liaise with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
• Preparation of Method of Statement, Risk Assessments for various installation works
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders
• Any ad-hoc task assign by Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineer
• Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent
• At least 8 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Demonstrated expert experience in electrical System/Fluently in Auto Cad design /Microsoft

Job duty:

· Coordinate with contractor and customer to plan, organize and scheduling job activities for the assigned project.

· Monitor and control project based on plan schedule

· Represent company for project meeting and discussion with all project stakeholders

· Manage of project according to contract specification and maintain good relationship with customer

· Manage material requisition

· Record scope change and follow up on variation submission and approval

· devising control panels based on site surveys and existing documentation

· creating operations and maintenance documents including equipment schedules, points schedules, site reports and descriptions of operations

· writing bespoke software for each individual BMS project

· designing software graphics for user interfaces

· performing electrical installation checks and completing necessary alterations when issues arise

· completing mechanical installation checks for correct installation and repair if necessary

· surveying sites to provide current documentation of the site, maintenance quotes or energy savings advice

· performing commissioning checks, including both pre-commissioning and post-commissioning, to ensure everything is working as intended

· writing reports for stakeholders and senior management about the work completed, the state of the project as a whole and any other remaining work

· providing maintenance and service work to pre-existing BMS systems to ensure that all controllers and devices continue to operate smoothly

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Implementation of effective safety management system, preventive measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at the assigned workplace/site
• Implementation of workplace safety, health and environment programs and initiatives
• Compile all safety record and reports, and ensure proper documentation of site records for all safety related matters
• Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Ensure strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises
• Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
• Assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and execution of safety programme.
• Inspection of site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance are in proper working condition and do not pose any hazard
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess a valid WSHO ,ECO,ECMO certificate and relevant safety certifications
• Registered as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for at least 3 years. 
• Mandatory to have least 3 – 5 years’ experience as WSHO in the construction industry.
• Experienced in ISO related documentation and audits
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices
