• Review all facilities with an aesthetic eye for detail to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
• Be well-organized and hands-on in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to air conditioning systems (Daikin VRV), plumbing, humidity, electrical faults, and all M&E-related matters.
