ADAS is seeking a capable and motivated Technical Manager to join our ADAS IDEAS Department, which focuses on integrated design, engineering support, computational modelling, performance-based design, sustainability, and digital solutions for specialist architectural and structural projects.

The successful candidate will support the development of innovative technical solutions for tensile membrane structures, ETFE systems, lightweight structures, façades, special roofs, architectural envelopes, another complex built-environment projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Manager will be responsible for:

1. Leading and coordinating technical studies, design development, simulations, and engineering support for specialist projects.
2. Reviewing project requirements, client briefs, architectural intent, technical specifications, and performance criteria.
3. Developing design concepts, technical proposals, method statements, feasibility studies, and value engineering options.
4. Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues.
5. Supervising computational modelling, structural analysis, form-finding, environmental studies, sustainability assessments, and digital design workflows where applicable.
6. Preparing and reviewing technical submissions, reports, drawings, calculations, presentations, and tender documentation.
7. Supporting the tender and business development teams with technical input, proposal strategies, and preliminary design solutions.
8. Providing technical guidance to junior designers, engineers, architects, and analysts within the department.
9. Ensuring that proposed solutions are practical, buildable, cost-conscious, safe, and aligned with project requirements.
10. Keeping the department updated on new materials, design technologies, simulation tools, sustainability trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

1. A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, Computational Design, Façade Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical design, specialist structures, architectural envelopes, façade, tensile membrane, ETFE, or complex building projects.
3. Strong understanding of design coordination, technical detailing, construction methodology, and project delivery.
4. Experience with structural analysis, parametric design, BIM, environmental simulation, or performance-based design will be an advantage.
5. Ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose practical technical solutions.
7. Good command of written and spoken English.
8. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper, Revit, SAP2000, Strand7, RFEM, ANSYS, ETABS, or other relevant tools will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, hands-on, practical, and able to bridge the gap between design intent, engineering logic, fabrication, and site implementation. The candidate should be comfortable working on non-standard projects where innovation, coordination, and technical judgement are required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify project opportunities, build client relationships and drive project specifications for ADAS Group in Singapore, Malaysia, and internationally. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with industry experts to identify client needs and deliver high quality solutions in the construction sector.

This role requires both technical and commercial understanding to engage with key stakeholders such as developers, architects, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Function

• Proactively identify, develop and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, engagement with local and overseas partners, proactive prospecting, networking, and outreach via calls, emails, social media platforms, and site visits.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, distributors, end-users, and other key decision-makers
• Promote and drive product specifications during the preliminary design stage, and track specified projects closely to maximize conversion opportunities
• Drive opportunities through the sales cycle, assist in closing deals, and achieve annual sales and profitability targets
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities to identify new business prospects
• Receive incoming inquiries, review project requirements and ensure deliverables are met in accordance with client expectations
• Work closely with the technical and project teams to prepare high-quality, value-added proposals to clients in the form of business proposals, design presentations, technical assessment and pricing documentation  
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and strategic opportunities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and professional account management

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, project opportunities, and pipeline status within the CRM system.

• Represent the company in marketing presentations, meetings, exhibitions and events

• Lead commercial discussions, prepare tender submissions where required, and negotiate contractual and commercial terms with clients and project stakeholders.

• Provide weekly reports regarding sales activities, pipeline status and market feedback

• Prepare quarterly sales projections, market research reports and sales strategy action plans

• Any other duties as required by the Managing Director

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development or technical sales within the construction industry

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing project specifications  

• Able to review and understand architectural drawings and specifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM systems

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Class 3 Driving license is an advantage

• Willing to travel regularly within Singapore, Malaysia, and overseas

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner / Helper to maintain cleanliness and assist with basic operational tasks within the company. The role involves ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for staff and visitors, as well as providing general support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, pantry areas, and common spaces

- Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management

- Refill supplies (e.g., soap, tissue, cleaning materials)

- Assist with basic office or operational tasks (e.g., moving items, simple errands)

- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools

- Report any maintenance issues or damages

- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

- Prior cleaning or helper experience is preferred

-Must be able to perform manual tasks

- Responsible and detail-oriented

- Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
