About This Role

We are hiring an Automotive Systems Specialist (experienced) or Vehicle Electronics Technician (junior / trainee) to join our on-site workshop team. If you have a background in automotive work and take pride in clean, precise, high-quality installation — we want to hear from you.

We also welcome candidates from automotive mechanical or electrical backgrounds who are motivated to cross-train into retrofit and accessories installation. If you are hands-on, keen to learn and physically fit, apply.

What You Will Do

- Install OE factory-options retrofit systems on premium vehicles — ambient lighting, camera systems, digital cockpit upgrades and accessories

- Fit and integrate dashcam systems with clean, concealed wiring and professional cable management

- Remove and refit interior trims carefully — zero creaks, zero marks, zero shortcuts

- Perform electrical diagnostics using brand-specific tools (BMW ISTA, Mercedes XENTRY or equivalent)

- Route and protect wiring correctly — loom wrapping, heat shielding, proper connector terminations

- Inspect all completed work before vehicle handover

- (Senior hires) Coach and guide junior technicians

Salary and Career Path

Junior / Trainee: $2,400 – $2,600 basic + 0.5% incentive after 3 months

Mid-level (1–3 yrs): $2,800 – $3,200 basic + 0.75% incentive

Senior / Experienced (3+ yrs): $3,400 – $3,800 basic + 1% incentive

What We Need

Essential:

- Comfortable removing and reinstalling interior trims without damage

About This Role

We are hiring a Surface Protection Specialist (experienced) or Vehicle Aesthetics Technician (junior / trainee) to join our installation team. You will be responsible for solar film and PPF installations on premium vehicles, working to the highest quality standards in the industry.

Senior hires will play a lead role in setting our installation standards and mentoring junior team members. Junior hires will be trained hands-on with a structured path to advance.

We also welcome candidates from car detailing, vinyl wrapping, automotive bodywork preparation or spray painting backgrounds who want to specialise in PPF and solar film. If you have steady hands, a sharp eye and genuine pride in surface quality — we will invest in training you.

What You Will Do

- Install solar window film to a flawless standard — no bubbles, no dust inclusions, clean edges and precise cuts

- Apply Paint Protection Film on bonnets, bumpers, full panels and full-body applications

- Prepare vehicle surfaces thoroughly — decontamination, clay bar treatment and surface inspection before every job

- Use plotters, cutting tools, heat guns and squeegees correctly and safely

- Handle premium vehicles with full protection of paintwork, seats and interior trim at all times

- Inspect every job before vehicle handover — zero compromise on finish

- (Senior hires) Train and coach junior technicians; set installation standards and SOPs

About the Role

MotorBahn Group is seeking a meticulous, proactive On-Site Admin & Operations Executive to be the operational backbone of our workshop. This person will be the link between the on-site technical team, the remote admin team and the owner — ensuring that stock levels, appointment schedules, financial records and the company knowledge base are always accurate, up to date and accessible.

You will work directly at the shop, handling day-to-day administration and helping embed AI-assisted workflows so that the entire team operates more independently and efficiently.

Title:   On-Site Admin & Operations Executive

Reports to:   Owner / General Manager

Works with:   On-site technical team, remote admin and finance team, sales

Location:   Workshop / shop premises, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• Receive, verify and log all incoming stock arrivals into the EPOS system promptly.
• Maintain accurate SKU naming conventions and product categorisation in line with company guidelines.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory against system records; flag and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the remote admin team to ensure supplier purchase receipts and delivery documentation are uploaded and recorded in Xero on the same day.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers and the logistics team on inbound shipment timelines and delivery confirmations.

Appointment & Workshop Scheduling

• Manage the workshop appointment calendar (TeamUp / Google Workspace), ensuring every booking captures: customer name, contact number, project scope and amount to collect.
• Communicate daily job schedules to technical staff and update any changes in real time.
• Follow up on customer confirmations and send reminders ahead of appointments.
• Coordinate with the customer service team on lead follow-ups and booking confirmations.

Financial Administration & Reconciliation

• Assist with daily financial entries — sales receipts, cash collection and supplier payments — to keep Xero updated and the P&L current.
• Collect, scan and upload supplier documents (invoices, payment confirmations, delivery notes) for the finance team.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation of cash and payment terminal receipts against EPOS records.
• Flag cost anomalies or missing documentation to the finance team on the same day.

Knowledge Base & SOPs

• Maintain and update the company knowledge base (AI-assisted): service pricing, installation guidelines, product FAQs and customer handling procedures.
• Ensure data entered into EPOS and Xero follows the naming conventions and SOPs established by management.
• Support onboarding of new team members by walking them through relevant SOPs.
• Assist in drafting and refining SOPs for recurring tasks across the team.

General Office & Team Support

• Manage employee attendance records and send daily reminders for clock-in (coordinating with JustLogin).
• Support the customer service team with in-person customer handling, collections and documentation.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendors and delivery personnel.
• Carry out any ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the owner.

Requirements

Essential

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations or retail operations role.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail — able to spot discrepancies in stock counts and financial records.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and cloud-based systems.
• Good written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly with both on-site and remote colleagues.
• Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision.

Advantageous

• Experience with Xero, EPOS or any inventory / accounting software.
• Prior experience in an automotive, retail or workshop environment.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to query information, draft communications or look up SOPs.
• Conversational Mandarin is a plus, particularly for liaising with suppliers.

About the Role

MotorBahn Group operates three automotive brands — Evoke (OE factory retrofit services), Viofo (dashcam retail & distribution) and SparKleen (premium car detailing) — with further businesses under development. We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy individual to own our entire digital presence: producing compelling visual and video content, maintaining our websites, and maximising sales across our e-commerce platforms.

This is a high-ownership role. You will work closely with the owner and the sales function, and leverage AI tools to scale output without sacrificing quality.

Title:   Digital Media & Commerce Executive (up to 3 years exp.) or Manager (4+ years exp.)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, script, shoot (DJI Osmo Pocket & other devices) and edit short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok across all three brands plus the owner's personal car influencer account.
• Develop a content calendar with hooks, themes and posting schedules to maximise organic reach for each brand.
• Set up and manage SparKleen's social media channels from scratch (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Create static visuals — posters, brochures, product graphics and promotional materials — using design tools (Canva, Adobe Express or equivalent).
• Organise and maintain a structured media library so footage and assets are always accessible for editors and future campaigns.
• Monitor paid ad performance, analyse return on ad spend and recommend optimisations.

Website Management & SEO

• Maintain and continuously improve the Evoke website (www.evoke.com.sg) — product listings, blog posts and landing pages.
• Build the Viofo Singapore website and the SparKleen website from scratch, leveraging available brand assets.
• Write and publish SEO-optimised blog content targeting Google search, and optimise pages for discovery by AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Manage product listings, pricing accuracy and promotional banners on all websites.

E-Commerce Platform Management

• Own Carousell and Shopee storefronts: refresh listings, write compelling product descriptions and attach video content to boost visibility.
• Develop a boosting and promotion schedule for Carousell listings to maintain top-of-search placement.
• Monitor and respond to buyer enquiries on Shopee in a timely manner; escalate technical questions to the relevant team member.
• Track platform analytics and report weekly on sales, traffic and conversion metrics.

AI-Assisted Workflow

• Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini or equivalent) to accelerate content ideation, copywriting, image generation and performance analysis.
• Propose and implement AI-powered workflows to handle repetitive tasks such as batch description writing, hashtag research and scheduling.

Requirements

Essential

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
