About the Role
This role is for individuals with experience in event AV setup and operations who are ready to take on more responsibility.
You will be involved in setup, troubleshooting, and on-site execution across live events and productions.
We welcome both developing technicians looking to strengthen their operational capabilities and experienced technicians who are ready to take on greater ownership of deployments.
Successful candidates do not need to know everything on Day 1. We value attitude, reliability, coachability, and the willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Prep
Delivery & Logistics
On-Site Setup
Assist in setup, testing, and teardown of displays, projectors, audio, and lighting.
Ensure all cable management is neat and "client-ready" without needing a second look from a supervisor.
Event Execution
Support live operations.
Ability to translate show-flows into technical reality on-site, providing solutions rather than just following instructions.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.
Identify issues early and contribute practical solutions during deployments.
Requirements
At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AV, events, staging, or technical production.
Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus, but not required.
Ability to maintain technical precision and performance during busy event periods and high-pressure deployments.
Role involves regular physical activity, including the safe lifting and moving of event equipment.
Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions and checklists precisely.
Candidates who demonstrate initiative, ownership, and increasing independence in troubleshooting and deployment execution will be strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow.
Familiarity with XLR, HDMI, SDI, CAT6, and power distribution.
Ability to identify and resolve common signal path issues independently and escalate appropriately when required.
