Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site operations to ensure works complywith approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment tomeet project timelines
• Monitor site progress and implement corrective actions toaddress delays or issues
• Manage and control subcontractors’ performance, ensuringquality and compliance with project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities oninspections, technical matters, and coordination
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, andenvironmental regulations in Singapore
• Identify and resolve site technical issues andcoordination conflicts promptly
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship andadherence to construction standards
• Implement method statements, risk assessments, and safework procedures
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices andmaintain a safe site environment
• Verify work done for progress claims, variations, andsubcontractor payments
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reportsand progress updates
• Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager
