Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Customer Service Sales Representative. In this role, you will engage with customers to provide exceptional service and expert furniture advice, ensuring a premium experience. The role includes managing and closing sales, responding to customer inquiries, handling customer feedback professionally, and maintaining detailed records of sales and customer interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to address customer needs, support showroom operations, and represent the values and quality of Soul & Tables in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer engagement skills, including the ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and close sales effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to build rapport and address customer inquiries professionally
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and sales processes efficiently
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
- Passion for premium furniture and interior design is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in customer service or sales
