What you will do

Design dust, fume and oil mist collection systems using AutoCAD (layout, ducting, equipment selection)

Manage installation projects from engineering drawings through to site commissioning

Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors during installation works

Prepare technical proposals and project documentation

Support the sales team with technical scoping and customer site assessments

Troubleshoot system performance issues and recommend corrective actions

What we are looking for

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

3–10 years of experience in mechanical or M&E engineering, ideally with site exposure

Proficient in AutoCAD — you will be asked to demonstrate this at interview

Comfortable working on industrial sites (factories, cleanrooms, process plants)

Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in HVAC, air handling, dust control or process ventilation is a strong advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll combine technical expertise with commercial skills to help clients find the right solutions for their air filtration needs. You’ll be the bridge between our equipment and the customer, ensuring every solution delivers real value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business by promoting and selling industrial dust collection systems.
• Undertake preliminary design, technical review, prepare quotations, and sell industrial air filtration equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers, guiding them in product selection.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Attend client meetings and site visits
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively.

Salary Package

• Competitive package: Basic + Commission + Allowances
• Working hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00 – 17:30

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, able to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Possess own transport (transport allowance provided).
• Prior sales experience in industrial equipment, dust control, blasting, HVAC systems etc.

This role is for engineers who are comfortable owning a project in full, from technical planning through installation and handover.

Role Overview

As a Project Engineer, you will be the single point of responsibility for assigned projects. This includes technical design intent, coordination with suppliers, procurement follow-up, site execution, and final delivery.

You will work with engineering support staff and site supervisors, but accountability for decisions, timelines, and outcomes remains with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects from kickoff to completion
• Draft equipment and ducting layouts in AutoCAD.
• Produce fabrication drawings for workshop and site use.
• Review and interpret electrical control panel diagrams.
• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate procurement of parts and equipment, including supplier follow-up
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits and ensure projects run to schedule.
• Enforce safety and quality standards during installation.
• Document progress and prepare project reports.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00 - 17:30

We are growing and building the next generation of our sales team. This role is a key hire, you will shadow and gradually take over an established portfolio while also developing new accounts.

What you will do

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, primarily MNCs in manufacturing and process industries

Prospect and develop new accounts through outbound outreach, site visits and referrals

Conduct site assessments to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions

Prepare quotations, technical proposals and follow through to close

Work closely with the project and service team to ensure smooth delivery

Maintain accurate records of pipeline, customer interactions and forecasts

What we are looking for

3–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, M&E, or engineering services

Technical background - Diploma or Degree in Engineering, or equivalent site/product experience

Comfortable calling on Maintenance, Operations, EHS and Production Managers at MNCs

Organised and digitally competent - Comfortable with Excel, email and basic LLM usage.

Self-motivated with a hunter mentality - You generate your own leads and follow up consistently

Experience selling into aerospace, pharma, semiconductor or oil & gas sectors is an advantage
