Job Summary:

• The Marketing Manager oversees all facets of our company's brand and product marketing
• She/He is in charge of coordinating, organizing and implementing marketing strategies and developing customer service processes and researching sales growth opportunities via the above strategies.

Job Summary:

The QC Specialist will work as part of the Quality team, supporting day-to-day QC operations and maintaining accurate and detailed records of all the assigned tasks. This role involves inspecting products at various stages of the manufacturing process, including incoming raw materials, intermediates, in-process materials and finished goods. The role will also participate in investigations of nonconforming products and assist in implementing corrective actions arising from these inspections.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC testing of incoming raw materials, in-process materials and finished goods.
• Plan and schedule daily routine and ad hoc QC runs assigned by line manager.
• Evaluate data and generate reports, highlighting any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Raise nonconformances for failures observed during QCruns.
• Support troubleshooting and investigation of nonconformancesto determine root causes.

Job Summary

MiRXES Lab seeks a Research Officer to join our Technology Development team, whose focus is to translate our research into robust clinical diagnostic assays.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Development and optimization of clinical diagnostic tests based on molecular technology e.g. RT-PCR, isothermal amplification, NGS (~90% wet lab time)
• Specific applications of molecular technology in miRNA, DNA methylation, mutations as well as pathogens of interest e.g EBV, HPV
• Explore new technologies to meet/exceed current clinical requirements on diagnostics tests.
• Problem-solve using technical product knowledge and design of experiments.
• Assisting in design and execution of experiments.
• Troubleshooting, analysing data, interpreting results critically, and keeping a detailed record of experiments
• Actively providing scientific input in both multifunctional and R&D team meetings
• Work closely with other Scientists, Engineering, and Commercial colleagues on projects to provide scientific inputs related to company products or research

This role will work closely with R&D, clinical, bioinformatics, regulatory, business development, and external patent counsel to identify inventions, drive patent filing and prosecution strategy, support freedom-to-operate and due diligence activities, and help translate innovation into durable strategic advantage. The ideal candidate combines strong IP expertise with practical commercial judgment and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced diagnostics and precision medicine environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

IP Strategy and Portfolio Management

• Develop and implement MiRXES’ IP strategy in line with business, product, and market expansion goals.
• Build, maintain, and optimize the company’s IP portfolio across patents, trade secrets, know-how, and related assets.
• Identify and assess inventions arising from biomarker, assay, software, AI/ML, bioinformatics, and platform development.
• Review portfolio priorities, filing strategy, jurisdiction coverage, and protection pathways.

Invention Harvesting and Patent Prosecution

• Lead invention disclosure activities with internal teams and support invention evaluation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Account and KOL management (60%)

• Housekeeping of accounts and contacts into CRM.
• Work closely with key healthcare institutes, private and public cancer centers to drive market reach and test adoption.
• Management of activities (10 per week), leads, opportunities, pipeline and forecast (monthly) via CRM.
• Closing sales process from quote, evaluation, tender, purchase, delivery and invoicing.
• To activate product marketing, product and medical affairs to better engage key physicians to utilize MiRXES’ Clinical Genomics test solutions.
• Direct physicians to Medical Affairs for post testing report analysis and interpretation.
• Call for account centric functional group meetings to bring resources to the customers.
