Working Day : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

1. Setup production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.

2. Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.

3. Ensure equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition.

4. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctioning and/or required repairing.

5. Perform regular equipment maintenance for production efficiency and quality.

6. Clean equipment when needed.

7. Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete assigned duties in a timely manner.

8. Operate industrial transportation vehicles such as pallet jack, electric stacker, and etc., to transfer production parts between working areas.

9. Follow safety procedures and company policies on production operations.

10. Maintain work area clean, safe and organized.

11. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

12. Contribute to waste management programs.

13. Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately.

14. Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.

15. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.

Work 3 days: either Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday
Work Time: 8.30am to 5.30pm (8 hours)
Rate: $10 per hour

· Liaise with customers pertaining product specifications and quality issues

· Update quality standards regularly in order to conform to customer’s requirements

· Perform in-coming, in-process and final QC daily activities

· File and update QC testing records or reports

· Review and verify daily routine QC results

· Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for outgoing shipment activities

· Report abnormalities to QA Supervisor

· Prepare quality related reports

· Take part in ISO 9001:2015 IQA activities

. Able to carry heavy parts (Physically Fit)

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse & Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and administrative activities. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented person who can coordinate paperwork, stock control, logistics arrangements, packaging activities, and communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities  

Administrative Support  

- Handle daily administrative and documentation work assigned by management  

- Prepare, organize, and maintain filing of delivery orders, invoices, purchase records, service reports, and other operational documents  

- Update records accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets  

Warehouse Operations  

- Monitor inventory level and maintain accurate stock records  

- Receive incoming goods and verify quantity and condition against delivery documents  

- Arrange proper storage and labeling of materials, spare parts, and equipment  

- Prepare packing, labeling, and outgoing shipment arrangements  

- Support loading and unloading activities when required  

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and material arrangement  

Logistics Coordination  

- Coordinate deliveries, collections, and shipment schedules  

- Liaise with courier companies, transport providers, and logistics partners  

- Track shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules  

General Support  

- Assist internal departments with material preparation and administrative support  

- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management  

Requirements  

- Minimum secondary education, diploma, or relevant working experience  

- Good communication and coordination skills

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes. Follow routes and time schedule
• Load & unload products from trucks, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
