Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Pipeline Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for application and platform deployments
• Automate build, test, security scanning, packaging, and deployment workflows across multiple environments
• Develop and maintain reusable pipeline templates and automation frameworks to standardize delivery practices
• Manage artifacts, binaries, and dependencies using JFrog Artifactory and Sonatype Nexus Repository
• Embed security and quality controls into pipelines: SAST (Fortify), code quality and secrets scanning (SonarQube), and SCA for OSS libraries (Sonatype Nexus)
• Automate security validations, policy enforcement, guardrails, and audit evidence collection across pipelines and cloud environments

Cloud & Platform Engineering (AWS)

• Build and operate cloud-native CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows on AWS
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures aligned with operational and compliance requirements
• Automate provisioning, configuration, scaling, and lifecycle management

Automation and AI

• Apply Infrastructure / Operations automation principles (e.g. configuration-driven automation, version control, code reviews).
• Drive adoption of AI across teams by identifying practical use cases and integrating AI capabilities into everyday workflows

Requirements:

• 7+ years in DevSecOps and automation engineering
• Hands-on experience with: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Octopus, JFrog, Sonatype Nexus, SonarQube, Fortify, AWS CodeCommit, AWS CodePipeline
• Experience supporting MAS, Group Audit, Risk & Compliance, and third-party audit engagements
• Proficiency in Python and Unix shell scripting
• Experience in AWS cloud environments
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerised microservices
• Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards is a plus
  

Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Room Setup

• Plan infrastructure room layout (rack positioning, airflow, access)

• Install and configure:

- Server racks and mounting

- Cable management systems

- Power distribution units (PDUs)

• Coordinate with facilities/vendors for:

- Power availability

- Network readiness

2. Network Infrastructure Setup

• Configure network equipment:

- Switches, routers (if applicable), firewalls (basic setup)

• Implement LAN/VLAN design and IP addressing scheme

• Set up connectivity to servers and storage

• Apply security baseline configuration

3. Virtual Machine (VM) Infrastructure Setup

• Install and configure virtualization platform (e.g. VMware, Hyper V)

• Set up hypervisors, datastores, and resource pools

• Create VM templates and configure VM networking

• Provision initial VMs as required

4. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test cases for:

- Network connectivity

- VM deployment and performance

- Integration validation

• Record and resolve issues

• Provide full test reporting

Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience in infrastructure / server room setup

• Strong networking knowledge (L2/L3, VLANs, firewall basics)

• Hands-on virtualization experience

• Documentation and testing capability

• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and vendors

Core Responsibilities

• AWS Cloud Administrator oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources such as EC2 instances, S3 storage, RDS databases, and load balancers. Ensure these resources are scalable, highly available, and cost-efficient to meet organizational needs 

• Implement security measures including Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, security groups, and firewalls to protect cloud resources and enforce the principle of least rivilege and monitor for potential security threats 

• Design and manage networking within AWS, including Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), subnets, route tables, and VPN connections to ensures secure and efficient communication between cloud resources and on-premises systems 

• Monitor cloud resources using AWS CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, and other monitoring tools to track performance, set alarms, and troubleshoot issues to optimize resource usage to control costs and maintain system reliability 

• Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans using AWS Backup and other services to ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures 

• Work closely with IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate cloud services with existing systems, support application deployment, and provide technical guidance on AWS best practices 

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, and VPCs 

• Understanding of cloud architecture, deployment, and operations 

• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards 

• Ability to automate tasks using scripting and AWS automation tools 

• Strong problem-solving, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills
