Job Requirements :

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Data Governance or Data Management within a financial institution, preferably in banking.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including business, IT, compliance, and external vendors.

Strong documentation and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Proven experience in banking-related projects or consulting environments, with solid team management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with Risk Management and Finance/Accounting teams, particularly in the context of internal and external reporting.

Familiarity with BCBS 239 implementation and related regulatory frameworks.

Understanding of regulatory and internal reporting processes, as well as finance/accounting business workflows and supporting systems.

Project management experience, including tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and coordinating stakeholders.

Experience in preparing and delivering executive-level reports and presentations.

Lead design and development of enterprise applications using Java (Spring, Spring Boot).

Architect and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server and Oracle.

Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Manage end-to-end SDLC ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Identify and mitigate technical risks across projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infra, and business stakeholders.

Strong expertise in Java 8+, microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and CI/CD.

5–7 years experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as BA or PMO in bank's payment operation/system.
• Having work experience as consultant in Consulting Firm or as PMO or PM in bank project.
• Experience in ISO20022 project and having good understanding of End to End transaction process.
• Strong consulting skillset, including logical and structured thinking, issue identification and resolution, clear communication, effective meeting facilitation, and high‑quality documentation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Project planning and management capabilities, covering progress tracking, issue/risk management, scope and change control, and vendor coordination.
• Perform detailed element‑level analysis of MX message formats (e.g., Pain.001, Pacs.008/009/009CV, and other ISO 20022 messages).
• Develop comprehensive mapping matrices to support the design and build of message‑conversion tools.
• Utilize advanced Excel and Macro/VBA capabilities to automate, validate, and streamline mapping and analysis work.
