- To assist the PMR Manager in managing the PMR Unit;
- To ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently and to initiate recovery activities in the event of production disruptions;
- To ensure periodic maintenance of equipment and processes;
- To ensure regulatory requirements are complied with at all times;
- To manage and deploy resources appropriately to achieve production objectives;
- To record and monitor production stocks and provide production data or reports upon request;
- To handle all related production log-sheets and documents;
- To trouble-shoot and investigate production losses and faults in processes and equipment;
- To be in charge of equipment calibrations;
- To lead in process improvement;
- To conduct production tests for new feed and new recovery methods;
- To design, modify and fabricate production equipment or system;
- To develop and revise SOP, risk assessment & relevant documents;
- To participate in ISO and R2 certification and customer audits;
- To handle ISO and R2 documentation related to production processes;
- To maintain a safe working environment within the Unit at all times;
- To train new entrants in PMR Unit;
- To be a member of the Hazmat/CERT team and Safety Committee; and
- To perform any other duties as assigned by a superior.
