Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate M&E works (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) on site
Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
Liaise with main contractor, consultants, and subcontractors
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Ensure compliance with WSH and safety regulations
Monitor progress, manpower, and materials
Attend site meetings and prepare reports
Purchase consumables and other materials required for site work
Requirements:
Diploma/ITE / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical/electronics/mechanical engineering
Possess workplace safety and health management in construction supervisor course
Must hold BCSS certification
Possess Class 3/3A driving license – Singapore
Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience as M&E Supervisor in Singapore
Experience in M&E Sub-contract Engineering works(Fire protection, Electrical & Plumbing)
Must be team player and have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of workers and management.
Ability to read M&E drawings
Knowledge of local codes and authority requirements (BCA, PUB, SCDF)
