Requirements:

. Candidates must possess at least a

Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level,

Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma,

Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in

any fields

. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in

related field

. Candidate with F&B related experience

will be an advantage

· Possess excellent analytical,

organizational and communication skills

. Possess servant leadership and problem

solving skills

. Enthusiasm, resilience and a strong team

player

. Good communication and interpersonal

skills

Job Description

• Report to the managers
• Greeting, seating, and escorting guests to their tables
• Staying attentive to the needs of the guests in the dining area
• Serving food & beverages to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
• Preparation of service duties
• Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
• Provide menu recommendations to customers
• Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
• Assist with setting and clearing table for various meal period
• Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events
• Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty
• Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
• Any other duties assigned by the Superior
