Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Singapore corporate secretarial firm
Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA system
Able to independently handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters (incorporation, annual returns, director/shareholder changes, share transfers, preparation of resolutions, etc.)
Able to independently manage full set of accounts
Familiar with GST filing and basic tax compliance
Proficient in Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple client portfolios
