Handle vessel requisitions for provisions and catering supplies
Liaise with suppliers to source quotations and ensure quality standards
Process purchase orders in line with requirements and budgets
Coordinate with vendors, agents, and stakeholders for timely delivery
Track orders from confirmation to delivery, resolving any issues
Maintain proper documentation and provide operational updates
Support the planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitor crew on board
Prepare and submit monthly operational reports and project-specific updates
Requirements
S Pass holders are welcome
1–3 years of experience in maritime operations, procurement, or logistics
Experience in ship handling or vessel supply is advantageous
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
