Job Summary
Lead outlets effectively to meet performance targets. Address issues promptly and effectively and ensure manpower needs are managed.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned outlets to achieve clear performance targets through effective management and leadership.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports focusing on sales and food safety to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Verify daily sales bank-in reports to ensure timely and accurate banking of takings.
- Resolve sales and operational issues promptly to maintain smooth outlet operations.
- Collaborate with support functions to address manpower, logistics, finance, and administrative challenges.
- Conduct Reviews of Operations Risks (ROR) on food safety, SOPs, product quality, and health risks to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Manage customer complaints by investigating issues and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Verify outlet requisitions including stock take reports, petty cash, claims, payroll, and part-time hiring to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide operational support by allocating skills, manpower, and stocks during functions or business opportunities to maximize company topline achievement.
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives across multiple outlets to foster positive work culture, enhance staff morale, and improve retention.
- Perform additional duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
