Job Responsibilities:

• Customer service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Beverage preparation: Prepare milk teas and other drinks according to company recipes and quality standards. This includes cooking tapioca pearls and preparing other toppings and ingredients.
• Cashiering: Handle transactions, collect payments, and process orders at the point of sale.
• Store operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, and may include handling delivery orders.
• Cleanliness and organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by cleaning equipment, workstations, and the overall store.
• Inventory and stocking: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with inventory management and stocktaking.

About the Role

We are a fast-growing F&B retail brand in Singapore, expanding our store network across the island. We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Facilities & Projects Manager to oversee store maintenance operations and manage new store fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

Facilities & Maintenance Management

• Ensuring our outlets operate smoothly and new stores are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee maintenance of all retail outlets, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and equipment
• Manage in-house maintenance team (2 technicians) and vehicle scheduling
• Establish and improve maintenance SOPs and response time
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational readiness
• Control and optimize maintenance costs

New Store Fit-Out & Project Management

• Manage end-to-end new store setup and renovation projects
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, landlords, and mall management
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Review quotations and prevent cost overruns
• Monitor on-site progress and resolve project issues

Vendor & Cost Management

• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors and service providers
• Build a reliable vendor network for maintenance and renovation works
• Negotiate pricing and improve cost efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or project management (F&B or retail preferred)
• Familiar with Singapore retail / mall fit-out processes and regulations
• Basic technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems
• Experience managing a small team and external vendors

Marketing Executive (70% Digital | 30% Offline)

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to support and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital (70%) and offline (30%) channels, including social media, email, paid ads, in-store promotions, and events.
• Assist in content creation and planning, including social media posts, visuals, captions, and basic campaign assets.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution, from coordination and scheduling to on-ground implementation and follow-ups.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions).Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Creative) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and brand consistency.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners (e.g. printers, event organisers, influencers) to ensure timely delivery.
• Support offline activations, including events, roadshows, and store-level marketing initiatives to drive footfall.
• Maintain marketing materials and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with digital exposure
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and basic content creation
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, SEO, analytics) is a plus
• Strong coordination and organisational skills
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
