About Us:

We are a tuition centre specialized in providing academic support in Mathematics for primary school students. We are humbled by the immense trust and support from our parents as we strive to make a name for ourselves as a centre with a team of dedicated, personable NIE-trained FULL-TIME teachers and a unique curriculum.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the front desk
• Play an active role in responding to customer's enquiries
• Facilitate customers with their requests
• Support day-to-day centre operations
• Provide assistance to the Admin Manager
• Handle student registration
• Support in sourcing for General Office Needs (i.e., Office supplies, pantry items, etc.)
• Other administrative tasks

Working Hours:

• 6 days per week, 44 hours a week
• Off on Sunday
• Mon to Fri: 12pm to 7.30pm
• Sat: 8am to 2.30pm/12pm to 6.30pm

Pay Structure:

• Base pay of $3100 to $4000 (Commensurate with experience)
• + 1 Month Performance Bonus
• + Corporate insurance plan

About Us:

Established in 2013, what sets Math Mavens apart from other tuition centres is our sole focus on Primary Mathematics education. Our team of teachers work together constantly to review and refine existing mathematical processes and methodology. We are proud to have developed a set of effective, efficient and elegant problem-solving strategies which students can apply confidently when approaching Mathematics questions.

What you'll do:

• Implement the designated curriculum. (Max. 10 classes per week, 2 hours per class)
• Provide support and ideas towards the planning and development of the curriculum.
• Attend team meetings
• Monitor the student's learning through prompt written and verbal feedback and grading of homework.
• Provide parents with weekly feedback on lesson progress.
• Provide follow-up make up sessions when students are not able to attend class due to official school events or sickness.
• Provide coverage for teachers who are unable to take their assigned class due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Perform all administrative and other duties as assigned.

Remuneration and Supplemental Pay:

• We will match your current MOE Pay
• Starting from $5800 to $7100
• + 13 Month Bonus
• + Special Bonus
