Job Summary - Accounts Manager

Manage full sets of accounts with accuracy and timeliness, supporting financial operations primarily in property or retail mall sectors. Collaborate effectively within teams and maintain reporting deadlines under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts to ensure accurate financial records for property or retail mall-related operations
• Proficient in accounting software such as Accpac, Infotech, EZ to record, track, and reconcile financial transactions efficiently
• Work independently to manage accounting tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Collaborate with team members to support financial reporting and resolve accounting issues under pressure
• Support general office administrative duties to enhance overall operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years or more work experience in handling full sets of accounts, preferably in property or retail mall sectors

ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Maintain proper filing and documents of accounting records
• Handle general administrative duties and provide office support
• Assist with preparation of reports and other documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and internal departments when necessary
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior or Management

Requirements:

• Diploma / LCCI / relevant accounting qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in handling accounts duties; experience in the construction Industry will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of ACCPAC and Ezy accounting software will be an added advantage
• Meticulous, responsible, possession of a good working attitude and a team player

ARCHITECTECTURAL COORDINATOR

(Building Construction/Project)

Responsibilities :

• To assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works
• Lead in site coordination with all trades
• To liaise with RTO for inspection
• Prepare; submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS
• To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings
• Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers etc
• Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials
• To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Achi)
• Attend subcon meetings
• Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters
• Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in building/construction trade in Singapore such as in D&B project (government/commercial building) or HDB BTO project
