Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Build a program that matches financial transactions from our eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada,Amazon) against internal accounting records or bank statements
• Design and maintain relational and non-relational database schemas
• Collaborate with product managers translate requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practice
• Develop a tool or script (e.g., in PHP, Python,Java and Node.js) to:

- Import/export reports from various eCommerce platforms via API

- Match transactions based on date, amount, SKU, payment gateway fees

- Highlight discrepancies or unmatched items

- Generatemonthly financial matching summary

- Create an intuitive UI/dashboard (web-based preferred)

- Ensure secure handling of sensitive financial data

- Provide proper documentation and handover

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or arelated field
• At least 2 years of experience in backend software development, experience with RESTful APIs. Preferably in eCommerce, or accounting-related projects
• Proficiency in backend language such as Python, Java, PHP, Node.js
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures and microservices
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Experience working with APIs and automating CSV/Excel report processing

Position Title: Desktop Publishing Artist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately processing job according to specifications and requirements, ensuring the creation of print-ready PDFs for production
• Assist in preparing print-ready PDFs, ensuring all files are impositioned correctly and comply with the company's pre-press guidelines, maintaining a smooth production operation
• Thoroughly review all artwork and files to ensure they are properly set up for print, confirming aspects such as color modes, resolution, dimensions, typography and image quality
• Utilize pre-press software (e.g., Enfocus PitStop, Prinect Cockpit) to conduct preflight checks, identifying common issues such as trim size, bleed, fonts, and resolution. Correct errors before finalizing files for print
• Support in modifying and adjusting images or spine width as needed for proper print output, ensuring quality standards and visual accuracy are met
• Create hardcopy proofs for internal or customer review, verifying that the layout, binding type, and colors are accurate before sending the files for final production
• Ensure file management systems are maintained efficiently, making it easy to access and track files, reducing the risk of misplaced or lost data

• Operate the CTP machine to produce plates for the print job, ensuring correct settings and smooth machine operation throughout the process
• Perform necessary checks, such as verifying the Plate ID and screen ruling, ensuring they meet job specifications
• Inspect the quality of the produced plates to ensure the plates are meet required standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a productive and safe work environment, keeping equipment and materials properly stored and accessible
• Familiarise with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemicals and materials used, ensuring safe handling, usage, and storage procedures are followed

Requirements

• Min GCE “N” levels or equivalent certificate with 2 year of relevant experience
• Practical understanding of print preparation from digital files to final print output
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro

Production Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closely with the Business Development team to manage incoming orders and ensure all job instructions are complete, accurate, and clearly communicated
• Review job orders and calculate required paper volumes and material requirements
• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, ensuring optimal allocation of printing jobs
• Plan production activities based on machine availability, capacity constraints, and delivery deadlines
