Marina Offshore Pte Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the position of Accounts Executive (AP) location at 18 Boon Lay Way.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable functions
- Perform data entries and assist in the day-to-day operation of finance department.
- Perform matching exercise to ensure the invoices are correctly billed as per quotation.
- Review the invoices and making sure all supporting documents are fully attached (PO,DO etc.) and signed by department head.
- Payment arrangement, processing staff expense claim and reimbursements.
- Respond to inquires from vendors and employees in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation.
- Any ad hoc duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experiences with Diploma in Finance and Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft office
Fast team worker and able to work under pressure
Analytical, meticulous and organized
Able to learn quickly and work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to start work immediately
