Job Summary
Support project execution by planning and coordinating M&E works, managing site programs, and resolving technical issues to ensure compliance with ISO standards and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and execute mechanical and electrical (M&E) works with comprehensive knowledge and experience
- Interpret and apply technical elements such as BIM, drawings, and specifications to project tasks
- Perform construction planning and coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities on all project aspects
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing reports
- Prepare, monitor, and review site work programs to ensure timely progress
- Plan and schedule project works and allocate resources effectively
- Lead and resolve on-site technical and engineering matters to maintain project quality and safety
- Ensure all works comply with company ISO standards and contractual requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least two years of relevant project handling experience
- Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
