Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent individual who possesses a positive attitude to assist with the HR/Admin & Finance functions. Reporting to Finance Manager, you will be a team player with a willingness to learn and completes your tasks with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities -
- Provide accounting support and report
- Basic accounting duties, AP/AR
- To ensure the maintenance of the office documents with a proper and orderly filing system in place
- To keep track of office supplies/equipment/vendors and source for cost-effective and reliable vendors and suppliers, with proper replenishment and inventory control.
- Admin Duties
- Assist with other ad-doc finance related duties
Requirement -
- At least 1 year of working experience in related fields
- At least GCE "O" Level
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
