We are seeking a high-caliber Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the optimization and management of our high-concurrency trading infrastructure. You will be a key bridge between Development and Operations, ensuring the low-latency, high-throughput performance of our matching engines and wallet services. This role demands a strong focus on automation, scalability, and "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) in a multi-cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Trading Core Business Support

• Customize low-latency and high-throughput system tuning for core components, including Matching Engines, Wallet Services, and Market Data feeds. Provide architectural stability and scalability advice during the design phase.

Cloud-Native & Automation

• Manage multi-cloud resources (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) to avoid vendor lock-in. Oversee Kubernetes (K8s) clusters and optimize microservices elasticity using Helm/Operator.

CI/CD Pipeline Design

• Build and maintain GitOps workflows (GitLab CI/ArgoCD) to achieve rapid deployment and near-instant rollback capabilities.

Full-Stack Observability 

• Integrate Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry to build a comprehensive monitoring system that detects transaction delays and fund anomalies in real-time.

DevSecOps & Security

• Integrate security scanning (SonarQube/Snyk) into pipelines. Maintain WAF, firewall, and IDS/IPS strategies in production to ensure compliance with external audits.

Incident Management

• Participate in and manage the 7x24 on-call rotation. Act as an Incident Commander during production issues and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements:

Professional Experience

• Substantial experience in IT infrastructure, with a significant focus on DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Background in crypto exchanges, high-frequency trading (HFT), or high-concurrency Fintech platforms is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Expert-level Linux system administration and proficiency in Shell/Python scripting for kernel-level performance troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD toolchains (GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi).Deep expertise in Kubernetes ecosystems (Helm, Kustomize, Operator).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and cloud security best practices (SonarQube, Snyk).

Soft Skills

• Strong ownership and the ability to remain calm and decisive under extreme market volatility.
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination skills to bridge the gap between Dev and IT.
• Highly self-driven and adaptable to a professional remote or hybrid collaboration model.

Responsibilities
1. Agent Ecosystem Product Development (Core)

• Responsible for the overall product design of the platform’s agent, referral, and distribution systems, including core capabilities such as referral relationship chains, agent hierarchies, and user attribution.
• Design and continuously optimize the agent lifecycle (acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, retention) to improve overall channel output.
• Drive the evolution of the agent system from manual operations to a productized and systematized model, reducing customization needs and dependence on manual work.

2. Agent Portal (External-Facing)

• Responsible for the design of the Agent Portal, including modules such as earnings dashboards, user data, and invitation tools.
• Optimize agent promotion flows (invitation links, deep links, creative asset tools, etc.) to improve channel conversion efficiency.
• Enhance agents’ self-service operational capabilities and reduce reliance on manual BD support.

3. BD Management System (Internal-Facing)

• Responsible for designing the BD management backend, including agent management, policy configuration, permission controls, data viewing, and related functions.
• Support BDs in agent segmentation management, strategy setup, and day-to-day operations to improve channel management efficiency.
• Abstract non-standard BD requests into scalable product capabilities rather than handling them through one-off custom development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience in growth, monetization, or platform products.
• Strong end-to-end product management skills, able to independently drive complex system-based projects to launch.
• Clear logical thinking with strong abstraction skills and structured problem-solving ability.
• Experience with agent systems, affiliate programs, distribution models, or referral growth products.
• Strong understanding of channel growth mechanics and agent-driven business models.
• Practical understanding of overseas agent networks, KOL channels, or community ecosystems.

Responsibilities

1. Core Trading Product Design

• Responsible for designing the core futures trading workflow, including modules such as market data, order placement, orders, positions, margin, profit & loss, closing positions, and liquidation.
• Continuously optimize the trading experience across Web/App platforms to improve order efficiency, information clarity, and trading conversion.
• Design and iterate advanced trading features, including conditional orders, take-profit/stop-loss, position modes, leverage settings, and related tools.

2. Trading Rules & System Capability Development

• Participate in the design of key perpetual futures mechanisms, including mark price, index price, funding rates, position modes, and margin modes.
• Collaborate with matching engine, risk control, and clearing/settlement teams to implement mechanisms such as liquidation, ADL (Auto-Deleveraging), and insurance funds.
• Drive coordinated optimization across trading systems, risk systems, and asset systems to improve overall stability and scalability.

3. RWA-Related Trading Product Development

• Based on the platform’s business direction, participate in the design and planning of RWA-related trading products, including asset display, trading entry points, product explanations, user education, and risk disclosures.
• Assist in designing product solutions suitable for RWA assets or RWA-themed trading instruments, improving users’ understanding of asset characteristics, trading rules, and risk profiles.
• Promote the implementation and optimization of RWA products across trading flows, information display, promotional campaigns, and conversion funnels.
• Work closely with business, legal, compliance, and risk control teams to improve transparency, user understanding, and risk disclosure for RWA-related products.

4. Growth & User Engagement

• Design product mechanisms that encourage deposits, position opening, reinvestment, and retention through operations campaigns and user behavior insights.
• Support integration between trading campaigns, task systems, incentive mechanics, and the core trading flow to strengthen real-time feedback and conversion efficiency.
• Optimize onboarding for beginners, advanced user experience, and conversion for priority asset categories across different user segments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in internet or financial industries; trading product experience preferred.
• Strong end-to-end product management capability, able to independently handle requirement analysis, solution design, project execution, launch, and post-launch review.
• Clear logical thinking with the ability to abstract, break down, and implement complex systems.
• Familiar with futures trading, margin trading, or other derivatives trading products.
• Experience in Crypto CEX, CFD, FX, futures, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience designing trading campaigns, task systems, or incentive frameworks.
