We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to build a strong foundation in IT support and infrastructure. You will receive on-the-job training and hands-on exposure to desktop support, end-user troubleshooting, and IT operations while working closely with experienced engineers to support our clients’ IT environments.

What you'll be doing

• Provide Level 1 IT support for desktop hardware, software, and end-user issues

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems and standard office applications

• Support and troubleshoot IT peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices

• Perform basic troubleshooting for network connectivity and user access issues

• Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required

• Maintain proper documentation for support activities and resolutions

• Deliver courteous and customer-focused IT support to end users

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• On-the-job training will be provided

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware, and common office applications

• Strong problem-solving skills with willingness to learn

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in IT products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Work closely with technical team to deliver solutions

• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, IT, or related field

• At least 1–2 years of sales experience (IT industry preferred)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Basic knowledge of IT products (networking, hardware, etc.) is an advantage
