We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to build a strong foundation in IT support and infrastructure. You will receive on-the-job training and hands-on exposure to desktop support, end-user troubleshooting, and IT operations while working closely with experienced engineers to support our clients’ IT environments.
What you'll be doing
Provide Level 1 IT support for desktop hardware, software, and end-user issues
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems and standard office applications
Support and troubleshoot IT peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices
Perform basic troubleshooting for network connectivity and user access issues
Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required
Maintain proper documentation for support activities and resolutions
Deliver courteous and customer-focused IT support to end users
What we're looking for
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
On-the-job training will be provided
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware, and common office applications
Strong problem-solving skills with willingness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
