Responsibilities
o Maintain data entries and ling of documentations
o Work with dierent teams to generate invoices and payroll
o Process payments received and payment claims
o Liaise with dierent teams and clients to ensure smooth operations
o Handle MOM and other government related submissions and matters
o Other ad-hoc activities
Requirements
o Min GCE N/O/A levels or ITE
o Min SPM
o Basic computer knowledge (ie Excel and Word)
o Highly organised and meticulous
o Able to work independently or in a team and take initiative
o Hardworking, positive attitude and able to work in fast paced
environment
