Lutron is having an immediate opening for a Sales Manager in our Singapore team, a newly created strategic role established to support Lutron抯 rapid regional business expansion and grow our high-performing Channel Sales team in Southeast Asia region.
Join us to lead channel-driven revenue growth across Southeast Asia抯 high-potential luxury residential, hospitality, and premium commercial segments.
You will build and empower a world-class dealer & integrator ecosystem, accelerate adoption of Lutron抯 premium lighting control, automatic shades, and intelligent lighting solutions, and strengthen our premium brand leadership in this fast-growing market.
Responsibilities
?Develop and manage a high-performance network of dealers, distributors, and system integrators across Southeast Asia
?Recruit new channel partners to expand market coverage and support regional growth
?Drive regional revenue targets and increase multi-category sales of core solutions
?Deliver partner training, certification, and capability building for stronger sales execution
?Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management in Salesforce
?Support partners to secure high-potential projects in specification and design stages
?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective channel programs
?Monitor market trends and partner performance to drive continuous improvement
?Uphold pricing, brand, and channel standards with regular business reviews
Qualifications
?Bachelor抯 degree or equivalent professional experience
?5? years of channel sales / indirect sales experience with dealer ecosystem management
?Proven track record of scaling revenue through channel partners
?Experience driving product portfolio adoption and attach-rate growth
?Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline and forecast management
?Strong partner engagement, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
?Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and premium building solutions (preferred)
