We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon and Odoo.
• Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
• Ensure timely execution of order process management.
• Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
• Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
• Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
• Prepare monthly summary sales reports.
• Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns.
• Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork.

Requirements

• Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure.
• Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive with proven FMCG sales experience to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on field sales, distributor management, retail execution, and new account acquisition across assigned territories.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, street-smart, comfortable with cold visits, and familiar with FMCG retail dynamics such as modern trade, general trade, and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Actively visit retail outlets, supermarkets, minimarts, wholesalers, and distributors to promote FMCG products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume, value, and distribution)
• Identify and onboard new retail accounts and distribution partners
• Execute sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and promotional deals within company guidelines

2. Account & Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and shelf presence
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment cycles, and product rotation
• Address customer feedback, resolve issues, and follow up on deliveries and payments

3. Merchandising & Market Execution

• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising according to brand guidelines
• Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches

4. Reporting & Administration

• Submit daily / weekly sales reports, outlet visit reports, and pipeline updates
• Track orders, collections, and outstanding payments where applicable
• Provide market insights and feedback to management for strategy improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in FMCG
• Strong understanding of general trade (GT), modern trade (MT), and wholesale channels
• Experience handling food, snacks, beverages, or consumer packaged goods is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in the field
• Target-driven with a strong execution mindset
• Basic reporting and documentation skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM systems is a plus)

Other Requirements

• Comfortable with frequent outdoor visits and physical store walk-ins
• Possess own transport (motorbike or car preferred)
• Valid driving license (if applicable)

The role focuses on content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Creation

• Develop marketing content (visuals, videos, captions, stories, newsletters)
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Work with creative teams and vendors to execute campaigns

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Support livestream sessions and influencer collaborations
• Analyse engagement and recommend improvements

Campaign Execution

• Coordinate promotions, sampling events, launch campaigns, and retail activations
• Support booth/expo setups, roadshows, and retail POP displays
• Prepare marketing decks and reports for management review
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with e-commerce, BD, creative, and operations teams
• Support product launches and packaging updates

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong creative sense; familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools is a plus
• Knowledge of FMCG, retail, F&B, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Good copywriting skills in English (Chinese is a bonus)
