Job Description:

• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and update project progress, including preparation of progress reports.
• Assist in commissioning works and coordinate structural engineering activities.
• Conduct site inspections and attend technical/progress meetings to monitor work progress and provide technical input.
• Provide technical support to project teams and resolve design and engineering issues on site.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all project aspects, including providing solutions and proper documentation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Familiar with Singapore building codes, regulations, and local quality standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent, result-oriented, and a self-driven team player.

Job Description:

• Perform daily production tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations at all times.
• Conduct regular stock control checks to monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and maintain adequate stock.
• Carry out quality checks on raw materials and finished goods in accordance with the quality plan, ensuring all items meet required specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production activities and tasks.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a production assistant role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and workplace safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, experience in basic reporting and data entry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
