Job Description

We are looking for a Admin Assistant (Sales Support) to assist our sales team with administrative and coordination tasks in the office.

This role focuses on supporting the sales team with documentation, quotations, and order processing. Training will be provided.

This position is suitable for candidates seeking to build experience in sales administration and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sales quotations
• Enter and process sales orders in the company system
• Maintain proper sales documentation and records
• Assist Sales Executives with administrative coordination
• Coordinate internally with operations and accounts teams
• Follow up internally on order status where required
• Provide general administrative support to the sales department

Requirements

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
• Organized and able to follow up on assigned tasks
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Prior administrative experience is helpful but not required
• Fresh graduates and candidates seeking entry-level office experience are welcome to apply.

Working Hours
Our office working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Join Our Team

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Project Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and developing business opportunities. While experience in the M&E, construction, or fire protection industry is an advantage, it is not essential. We believe attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills are equally important, and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on enquiries.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations with support from the Projects Coordinator and engineering team.
• Work closely with Project Engineers to develop suitable technical solutions for customers.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of awarded projects.
• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the sales process.
• Keep track of sales opportunities and provide updates on quotation status.
