Job Summary

Manage full set accounts and financial operations to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and timely processing of payroll, billing, tax submissions, and collections for effective business financial management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full set accounts to ensure accurate financial records and compliance
• Control Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to manage cash flow and vendor/customer balances
• Enter and verify accounting data including invoices, purchase orders, goods received, payment vouchers, and journals in the accounting system for accuracy
• Manage and audit petty cash details to maintain proper cash handling and reconciliation
• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursements to staff and workers
• Generate and issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes promptly to support billing accuracy
• Prepare and submit CPF contributions, levy tax, and IRAS filings to relevant authorities to ensure statutory compliance
• Execute payments via Giro for suppliers, subcontractors, staff, and workers to maintain financial obligations
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management to support informed decision-making
• Ensure monthly statements of accounts are sent to customers on time to facilitate collections
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and manage PIC claims to comply with tax regulations
• Prepare and file ECI and final tax returns annually to meet tax reporting requirements
• Monitor and update collections and outstanding balances to optimize cash flow
• Perform office administrative duties including cheque preparation and document filing to support daily operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform technical inspection and diagnostic analysis of lift systems

- Lead troubleshooting activities and provide technical solutions

- Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance works

- Supervise site technicians and ensure work is carried out safely

- Conduct risk assessment reviews and implement safety control measures

- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements

- Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities when required

- Prepare service reports, incident reports and maintenance documentation
