Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding aftersales services (repairs, servicing, warranty, etc)
Coordinate with workshop team to schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of jobs
Follow up with customers on service status, feedback, and satisfaction levels
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
Support warranty claims processing and liaise with manufacturers/principals
Prepare service quotations, invoice, and ensure proper documentation
Work closely with parts department to ensure availability of required components
Monitor and track service records and maintenance history of vehicles
Promote aftersales services, service packages, and campaigns to customers
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Automotive Engineering, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in automotive aftersales, service advisory, or workshop coordination preferred
- Good knowledge of automotive systems and servicing processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
