Job Purpose
To support the ISO Tank team by ensuring accurate and timely entry ofoperational, shipment, and customer data into internal systems. The role willassist with documentation, record maintenance, and administrative support tohelp ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update ISO Tank shipment, booking, customer, and operational data in internal systems
- Maintain accurate records of tank movements, booking details, schedules, and related documentation
- Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission or update
- Review shipping and operational documents and follow up on missing or incorrect information
- Support documentation processes related to ISO Tank operations
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company procedures
- Assist with data clean-up, backlog updates, and routine reporting
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and documentation teams for data clarification where required
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of operational and customer information
- Provide general administrative support to the ISO Tank team as needed
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, shipping, logistics, or supply chain preferred
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of data
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to commit to a 6-month temporary contract
